Welcome to Art Glass by Leta. We are a small a stained glass studio operated by the husband and wife team of Rhea and Leta Phelps. The studio is located in the rural town of Williston, Florida.
We specialize in wood framed, highly detailed stained glass panels using the copper-foil technique. Our award winning artwork may be seen at various fine art and craft shows as well as art galleries throughout the southeast.
