Welcome to Art Glass by Leta. Hi, I'm Leta! Art Glass by Leta is a small stained glass studio operated by the husband and wife team of Rhea and Leta Phelps. I have a fine arts background and have been working with stained glass for over 10 years. I use the stained glass medium and glass cutters just as a painter would use pigments and brushes. We believe you want an art glass panel because there is something precious you want to memorialize.

We specialize in wood framed, highly detailed stained glass panels commemorating that something special for you. Maybe it's your first horse or pet, or the Triple Crown winner you saw on TV, or it's the grapevine on an old rustic fence with mountains in the background. Whatever your dream, we will to bring it to life for you in an art  glass panel.
 
We simply take your ideas or a photograph and work up a pencil drawing. Once you approve of the concept, we will prepare the pattern, and fabricate your special art glass panel.
 
The wood frame is so integral to my panels that I now consider it during the design phase. We go through many types of wood to find that perfect grain, texture, and color. Finishing is also a key factor, so we offer natural finishes as well as stains and bright lovely colors to highlight your personal work of art.
